I bought this over a month ago to get rid of an armadillo problem. I have had him in the trap 4 times now the first two times the door got caught on the side of the cage and the last 2 times he has forced his way out by bending the "sturdy door lock" as this company calls it. I purchaed the trap to get my cat that has been gone for 2 weeks. It was in one piece but I can't figure out how to open the door. I went on line to try and get more info. The door WON"T open on either end. Is it locked somewhere? ____________________________________________________

Once you have assembled your collapsible trap, opening and closing the door requires lifting the top handle and shifting it to the closed, locked position.
