I bought this flea trap about a week or two ago, and it works very well -- within a day I had caught a flea, and as time went one I saw more and more of them on the sticky paper. Unfortunately, the light on my trap burned out soon after. I read some product reviews before buying that reported a similar problem, so I wasn't too surprised. I called up customer service, and the person I spoke to was good enough to tell me what light bulbs I needed in order to replace the one that had burned out (standard nightlight bulb, if anyone's wondering, 7 watts and 240 volts). The flea trap works great, a customer service was very helpful.

My family and I just received our traps yesterday and set them up in each room and within 5 min. saw results. By today, we weren't getting bitin by fleas at all. The only down fall is that the light is kinda bright at night but then again it makes a great nightlight also. The only thing bad I would say is that I have to order more for other rooms and order refills, no store in my area sales them but that's ok with me with the company offering free shipping with certain amounts of orders. Just ordered 3 more traps and plenty refills. I just wish I'd found out about this product before spending over $200 on other things that didn't make a dent in the flea problems.
